| 摘 要： | 在新时期，社会对人才的要求越来越高，培养人才的高等院校必须重视教学管理这一重要环节，体育教学管理人员不但要增强为教师、学生服务的意识，而且还要提高自身的专业素质，同时还应该不断丰富体育理论知识，提高交际能力和掌握运用现代科学技术的能力。

PE administrative staff members in colleges or universities need to enhance their awareness of service for teachers and students, to enrich the professional knowledge of sports, to improve the interpersonal communication skills, and to know how to use modem means of science and technology. |
