| 摘 要： | 教师教学能力水平的高低关系到基础教育课程改革能否顺利进行。新课程改革不仅仅对现实教师提出了新的、更高的要求,也使未来教师面临挑战。高等师范院校作为未来教师培养的摇篮,只有进一步更新观念,加快改革步伐,努力提高师范生的教学能力,才能为各类学校培养适应课程改革要求的师范生,引导基础教育课程改革健康发展。

| Abstract: | Teachers' teaching ability related to the level of basic education curriculum reform can be carried out smoothly.The new curriculum reform not only give new and higher requirements to the current teachers but also give challenges to the future teachers.Normal Universities,as a cradle of teacher training,only to update the concept further accelerating the pace of reform,make efforts to improve the teaching ability of students can they provide qualified students to adapt to the requirements of education reform and help to guide the healthy development of the curriculum reform. |
