| 摘 要： | 农民与土地的关系问题古老而常新。伴随市场经济体制改革目标的确立,作为劳动性资源的农民和作为要素性资源的土地,在国家宏观调控下通过市场机制实现动态优化配置将是我国农民与土地关系的发展方向。目前我国新出现的失地农民问题,是要素市场体系和社会保障体系建设滞后于工业化、城镇化进程所形成的一个特殊性、过渡性问题。

| Abstract: | The matter of the relationship between peasants and land is old and always changing.With the establishment of market economy system reform,it is the destination for the relationship between peasants,the labor resources and land,the element resources to realize dynamic and fine allocation of them through market system under the national macro-control.Nowadays,the problem of Chinese peasants' land loss is special and transitional as a result of the fact that the construction of element market system and social guarantee system are lagging behind industrialization and urbanization. |
