| 摘 要： | 德育是素质教育的核心，加强高校德育，完善德育实践，重要的是转变现行的德育观念。在德育工作中遵循心理学原则，可增强德育工作的科学性。运用现代心理学的研究成果，遵循人的心理行为发展变化规律及大学生身心发展的特点，使大学生将外在要求变为内在需求。

| Abstract: | Moral education is the key point of quality education,is one of the political courses.It plays an important role in helping students establish right attitude towards word,life,and value.It is necessary to strengthen the high school moral education,perfect the moral practice,and the more important is to change the present moral education notions.Moral education is not only in the class,but also after class.Only when the moral education is put into the whole school education system.,and the whole moral education attitude established,can the school be a harmonious training environment.We should use the modern psychological study,follow the changing regulation of human psychological development and the growing characters of the students,perfect the life practice,and make the students change their attitude towards the moral education. |
