公开课与教师专业发展关系的调查研究

摘    要:通过自行设计的调查问卷,从上公开课与听公开课两个方面对公开课与教师专业发展的关系进行调查,并运用访谈法访谈四位教师。研究发现:无论是上公开课还是听公开课,都对教师的专业发展具有积极的作用;公开课的价值首先体现在准备过程中;具体活动时,通过交流教学方法与教学设计,教师的教学专业知识得到发展;活动之后上课者的反思尤为重要。为了更好地实现公开课的教师专业发展功能,教师要准确地理解公开课的意义,学会听公开课;提倡以研讨为价值取向的公开课;为年轻教师提供上课的机会;点评者以正确的心态恰当的方式作出点评。

An Investigation on the Relationship between Open Class and Teachers'Professional Development

Abstract:Through self-designed questionnaire and interviews with four teachers about the relationship between open class and teachers'professional development,we have found that both teaching and attending open classes have conducive effects on teachers'professional development.The primary value of open class lies in the preparation stage of the class.Teachers'professional knowledge gets developed through exchanging teaching methods and designs in the conducting stage and that the post- teaching reflection is of vital importance.To enhance the efficiency of open class on teachers' professional development,it is necessary for teachers to correctly understand the significance of open class:to learn how to observe open class,to promote discussion-oriented open class,and to provide opportunities for young teachers to teach open classes,and for commentators to give proper comments for the teachers.
