自闭症儿童主动口语沟通行为干预的个案研究

摘    要:采用示范、提示—示范、时间延宕、随机教学等干预方法对一名自闭症儿童的主动口语沟通行为进行干预,旨在探讨自闭症儿童主动口语沟通行为的干预效果及启示。结果表明:干预显著增加了被试主动口语沟通行为的发生次数,同时沟通内容及沟通功能也有所扩展。最后,作者建议通过激发儿童兴趣和动机、注意环境的设置和安排等措施来促进自闭症儿童主动口语沟通行为的发展。

Abstract:To explore the effects and enlightenments of intervention for the spontaneous verbal communication behavior of children with autism,this article adopts the methods of demonstration,hint-demonstration,time de- lay and incidental teaching to intervene the spontaneous verbal communication behavior of a child with autism. The results suggest that after intervention,the frequency of the subject' s spontaneous verbal communication be- havior increases significantly and the communication content and communication function are also expamted, which demonstrates that spontaneous verbal communication behavior can be improved through proper intervention. In the end,the author provides some suggestions on how to improve the development of the spontaneous verbal communication of autistic children.For example,inspiring interests and motivation of autistic ehihtren,and pay- ing more attention to the setting and arrangement of environment.
