| 摘 要： | TRIZ是解决创新性问题的理论和方法,目前已经逐渐成为国内外创新性问题解决方法的研究热点。由于复杂管理问题的创新性特征,可以运用TRIZ思想解决复杂的管理问题,并构建一种基于TRIZ思想的复杂管理问题求解模式。
