论和谐管理

摘    要:和谐管理是一种服务型、人性化和自组织的新型管理模式。和谐管理的哲学语境是从斗争哲学向“和”哲学的转换,“和谐人”假设是和谐管理的人性论基础。和谐管理有利于实现人与人的和谐,有利于促进组织内部各要素的和谐,有利于构建和谐的国际关系。实现和谐管理,就要解决管理过程中的各种矛盾,协调好各种关系。

On Harmonious Management

Abstract:Harmonious management is a service-pattern, humanitarian and self-organization new managed mode. The transformation from the contradictory philosophy into the harmonious philosophy is philosophical speaking surroundings of harmonious management. The base of theory of human nature of harmonious management is the hypothesis of "the harmonious person". Harmonious management goes far to realizing the harmony of person to person, advancing the harmony of all factors in a community, constructing harmonious international relations. To realize harmonious management, we need solve various contradictions, coordinating various relations in the management.
