版权贸易竞争力体系及其建构

摘    要:为了全面提高出版社的版权贸易竞争能力,保证出版社版权贸易的顺利进行,以便在版权贸易中获得最大的经济效益和社会效益,出版社需要建构一种版权贸易竞争力体系,这一体系至少包括人才资源、品牌形象、信息平台、执行系统四个相互联系、相互作用的基本要素。这个体系可以通过强化意识、人才培养、品牌塑造、平台建构、从严执行等一系列手段进行建构。

Competitive Power System of Copyright Trade and Its Construction

Abstract:In order copyright trade to and social benefit force of copyright to improve the competitive capacity of copyright trade in publishing house, assure the be carried out smoothly so that publishing house can get maximal economic benefit , publishing house in our country, should construct a kind of system of competitive trade. This kind of system should include four fundamental factors that mutually contacted and acted together, such as talented person resources, brand image, information terrace, and executing system. The system can be constructed by a series of methods such as intensifying consciousness, bringing up talented person, building brand, constructing terrace, executing stringently, and so on.
