| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛同志的十七大报告，系统、深刻地论述了高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜对于发展中国、繁荣中国、富强中国的决定性作用，进一步丰富发展了中国特色社会主义的内涵。中国特色社会主义从理论到旗帜，从“建设”到“发展”，彰显出这一理论体系实践基础上的丰富和发展过程，成为中国化的马克思主义理论成果的新表述。

| Abstract: | Hu Jintao＇s report to the 17^th CPC national the decisive effect of holding high the great banner congress made a systematic and profound analysis on of socialism with Chinese characteristics on developing and turning China into a prosperous and strong country, and it furthered to develop the connotation of socialism of Chinese characteristics. The process of change from theory into banner and from ＂constrnction＂ into ＂development＂ shows the improvement and development of the theory system on the basis of practice, and has become a new expression of the theoretical achievements in Marxism with Chinese characteristics. |
