| Abstract: | This article discusses the subversion from the modem avant-garde art to the traditional Chinese aesthetic ideals on different perspectives, such as philosophy, art forms, and so on. The depth and scope of the impact from this subversion is analysed carefully. At the end of the article, the author proposes the way for traditional culture to deal with the impact of foreign culture in the future. |
