摘    要:宋代民间节日众多,每年的大小节日多达几十个,在节日里人们尽情娱乐、享受生活,节日饮食也因此丰富多彩、颇具特色,具有祈福馕灾、追思古人、崇信宗教等深刻的文化内涵;节日饮食的制作和价格也具有时效性强、价格偏高,造型别致、力求新鲜等有别于平时的鲜明的经营特点。

On the Folk Diet during Festivals in Song Dynasty

Abstract:In the Song dynasty ,there were tens of festivals every year, and people enjoyed themselves during these days. So the festival food and drink were rich and varied as well as unusual, which also had cultural meaning. In addition , it was made exquisitely and expensive with wnique shape and fresh material which were quite different from the serving features in ordinary days.
