| 摘 要： | 实现中国和平崛起，是否必然包括台湾问题的解决？对此，有学者认为：中国在争取和平崛起中无需自设障碍，将实现与台湾的政治统一作为崛起的衡量标准。而实际上，从中国和平崛起的概念、解决台湾问题与实现中国和平崛起之间逻辑关系的角度进行辨析，最终可以得出明确结论：解决台湾问题是实现中国和平崛起的应有之义。

| Abstract: | Whether or not to solve Taiwan issue is necessarily involved in the peaceful rise of China？ Some scholars think that China need not set up obstacles that the political unification with Taiwan should be the measuring criterion of rising in the process of struggling for peaceful rise. Aiming at the above viewpoint, this article analyses from angles such as the concept of peaceful rise of China and the logical relationship between solving Taiwan＇s issue and peaceful rise of China, then comes to the conclusion： solving Taiwan issue is involved in the peaceful rise of China. |
