| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育职业能力，是个体在自身素质和职业态度基础上，将所学的知识、技能，在特定的职业活动或情境中进行迁移与整合所形成的、能完成一定职业任务的能力。职业能力开发的有效性，最终要落实到人的职业生涯和潜质的挖掘上。高职教育职业能力的有效开发，应与人才培养特点相结合，从人力资源角度出发，结合教育学和心理学及职业资格鉴定标准等方面，设计课程，组织教学。

| Abstract: | Professional competence in higher vocational education means the ability to transfer and integrate one＇s knowledge and skills in a specific processional context based on one＇s qualities and career attitude. The effectiveness of professional competence development depends on the exploration of one＇s career and potential. The effective development of professional competence in higher vocational education should be combined with the characteristics of talent training. The related course design and teaching program should be based on human resource, pedagogy, psychology and the standard professional qualification. |
