| 摘 要： | 对欧洲18个发展成熟并具有代表性的网络资源采集与保存项目进行调研,并对其在法律支持、建设模式、采集方法、资源展示等方面的特点进行深入剖析,提出加强合作建设、制定采集标准、加快立法工作和重视人才培养等建议,希望为我国的网络资源保存提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates 18 maturely developed and representative European Web archive projects, analyses their characteristics in legal support, construction mode, harvesting method, resource display way, and so on, and proposes suggestions including strengthening cooperation, developing standards, speeding up the legislative work, paying attention to personnel training, etc., hoping to provide a reference for the WA construction in China. |
