| 摘 要： | 在界定SNS内涵的基础上,从4个方面对国内外SNS在图书馆的应用研究状况进行综述,包括:用户行为、需求和相关态度研究,利用SNS延伸拥拓展图书馆服务的理论探讨,将SNS与图书馆服务结合的技术和模型研究,SNS在图书馆的应用实践研究。对其研究内容、研究成果和存在不足等进行归纳分析后发现,国内外SNS在图书馆的应用研究尚未成熟,在研究的深度和广度上均有待拓展。

| Abstract: | SNS is a new domain of libraries to expand services. Based on clarifying the connotation of SNS,this paper summarizes the researches on the application of SNS in libraries from both domestic and abroad, and analyzes the research achievement, research contents and existing problems from four aspects, including the research of the behavior, needs and attitudes of users, theoretical discussion of using SNS to extend library services, the research of technology and models on integrating SNS with library services, and the research of application practices of SNS in libraries. This research shows that the study on the application of SNS in libraries has not matured, and it needs to be expanded in both breadth and depth. |
