| 摘 要： | 通过对伊利诺伊大学图书馆的亲身考察,总结该馆近来正在施行的团队结构扁平式管理模式,主动、深入、嵌入式的学科馆员服务,独具特色的机构知识库建设以及以人为中心的馆舍空间重组等方面的一些特点,为国内同行学习和借鉴美国先进大学图书馆的经验提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through the personal investigation of the University of Illinois Library, this paper summarizes the ongoing development mode. This mode has the features of flat management structure;initiative, in-depth and the embedded subject librarian service, unique construction of institutional repository, and user-centered building space recombination. It provides the reference for Chinese counterparts and learns from the American advanced experience of university library. |
