| 摘 要： | 研究了不同浓度NO供体SNP和NO清除剂cPTIO对黄曲霉菌产毒的影响．结果表明：在黄曲霉培养过程中添加SNP能导致黄曲霉菌体内NO量增多，产毒量减少；当添加NO清除剂cPTIO时黄曲霉菌体内NO量降低，产毒量增加．SNP浓度为0．200mmol／L时，黄曲霉产黄曲霉毒素的量为0．87μg／mL，比不添加时降低了16．35μg／mL，而且添加SNP的黄曲霉菌体NO荧光值明显增高．说明NO对黄曲霉产毒有一定的抑制作用．

| Abstract: | The effects of different concentrations of NO donor SNP and NO scavenger cPTIO on aflatoxin production of Aspergillus flavus was weinvestigated in this study.The results showed that：SNP is added in the process of A. flavus training can lead to NO increase in the number of quantity,reduce the amount of aflatoxin toxin- producing,A, flavus NO amount reduced and leading to A. flavus toxin-producing quantity increase when adding NO scavenger cPTIO,Aspergillus flavus producing aflatoxin is 0.87 μg/mL,lower than when no added （including 16.35μg/mL） and add the SNP A. flavus NO fluorescence value is significantly increased when the amount of addition of SNP is 0.200 mmol.NO to A. flavus toxin-producing has certain inhibitory effect. |
