| 摘 要： | 高校创建学习型党组织对于促进高校党员的全面发展,加强高校党组织建设,推动高校教育事业又好又快发展具有现实意义。针对新时期高校创建学习型党组织过程中存在的认识不够、学习内容单一、实效性不强等问题进行分析,并提出提高认识、创新载体、规章建制等相应对策。
