| 摘 要： | 在分析国内外学者及其研究机构关于网络信息资源评价指标主要研究成果的基础上,构建出含有16个评价指标的网络信息资源评价指标体系,从指标标度和一致性检验两方面对层次分析法进行改进,并利用yaahp软件的群决策分析功能确定出网络信息资源评价指标体系各评价指标的相对权重。同时,以动态模糊集相关理论为基础,运用动态模糊综合评价法,构建了一种网络信息资源动态模糊综合评价模型,网络信息资源的定量评价及其实证研究提供了新的途径。
