| 摘 要： | 大学生是我国智力资源的重要组成部分,开发大学生信息能力并加强其建设,是提高知识资源利用率,发挥图书馆社会职能的有效途径。本文运用管理学的SWOT分析理论,全面分析了图书馆知识资源利用率的优势、劣势、威胁、机遇,并在此基础上提出了应该采取的发展策略。
