| 摘 要： | 目前数字图书馆评价模型研究中,权重确定带有一定的主观性,某种程度上会影响到评价结果的有效性。本文提出的基于DEA和SOM的数字图书馆评价模型,利用DEA模型进行数据处理,得到各个决策单元的相对效率值,再利用SOM模型对样本值进行聚类分析,最后得到数字化图书馆的评价分类结果。该模型极其有效地避免了评价中权重确定的主观因素,因此评价结果客观性和有效性得到进一步提升。
