| 摘 要： | 在剖析公共服务管理平台和教育知识服务本质的基础上,以大学生教育信息需求为研究对象,调查、统计和分析了当前大学生的教育需求,确定了公共服务平台高等教育类知识服务的内容,包括英语知识、计算机知识、考试信息与知识、网络课程、专业实习信息与知识、就业与创业知识和心理知识七大方面,并对每部分知识的详细内容进行了解析。
