| 摘 要： | 评述美国当代图书情报学家埃尔弗瑞达.查特曼日常生活信息查询行为理论研究的主要成果,其中包括对创新扩散理论、意见领袖理论、异化理论和满意理论的借鉴,以及信息贫穷理论、圆周生活理论和规范行为理论的提出。查特曼采用实证研究的方法,借鉴其他社会科学分支领域的理论,其研究成果在图书情报界产生了较为深远的影响,这不仅体现在对人类信息查询行为理论研究的丰富,而且为图书情报学研究方法的创新树立了典范。
