| 摘 要： | 报道了用固相微萃取法提取云南红茶中挥发性化学成分，用气相色谱．质谱法从云南红茶挥发油中分离并确定出16种化学成分，占挥发油的相对百分含量的96．41％．其中主要成分为芳樟醇和芳樟醇氧化物，分别占29．23％和15．16％．

| Abstract: | The volatile components of black tea were extracted by solid phase microextraction,16 components were identified by GC/MS method.The identified compounds make up 96.41% of the total volatile substances.Of them the main constituents are:Linalool 29.23% and Linalooloxide 15.16%. |
