云南红茶挥发性成分的固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:报道了用固相微萃取法提取云南红茶中挥发性化学成分,用气相色谱.质谱法从云南红茶挥发油中分离并确定出16种化学成分,占挥发油的相对百分含量的96.41%.其中主要成分为芳樟醇和芳樟醇氧化物,分别占29.23%和15.16%.

Abstract:The volatile components of black tea were extracted by solid phase microextraction,16 components were identified by GC/MS method.The identified compounds make up 96.41% of the total volatile substances.Of them the main constituents are:Linalool 29.23% and Linalooloxide 15.16%.
