| 摘 要： | 发展农村基础教育，对于我国经济社会的全面发展，对社会主义新农村建设和和谐社会建设有着重大意义。建国以来，特别是十六大以来，我国农村基础教育取得了巨大成绩。但是，农村基础教育发展还存在许多制约因素。农村基础教育薄弱，教育投入不足，与城市基础教育发展差距越来越大。因此，促进农村基础教育发展，必须寻求科学对策，建设促进教育发展振兴的长效机制。
