我国农村基础教育发展的制约因素和实施对策

摘    要:发展农村基础教育,对于我国经济社会的全面发展,对社会主义新农村建设和和谐社会建设有着重大意义。建国以来,特别是十六大以来,我国农村基础教育取得了巨大成绩。但是,农村基础教育发展还存在许多制约因素。农村基础教育薄弱,教育投入不足,与城市基础教育发展差距越来越大。因此,促进农村基础教育发展,必须寻求科学对策,建设促进教育发展振兴的长效机制。
