| 摘 要： | 以土霉素碱为原料,试制盐酸土霉素,在相同的工艺条件下,选用甲醇 乙腈,甲醇 乙酸乙酯,甲醇 异丙醇为结晶溶媒,所得到的产品视密度相近,分别为0.57g/ml、0.56g/ml、0.55g/ml,收率不同,分别为79.2%、74.3%、87.7%。

| Abstract: | Oxytetracycline dihydrate hydrochloride is prepared from oxytetracycline. Under the same conditions, with methol and acetonitile, or methol and ethyl acetate, or methol and isopropanol as solvent, the density of sight respectively is 0.57g/ml, 0.56g/ml,0.55g/ml, Yield respectively is 79.2%, 74.3%,87.7%. |
