| 摘 要： | 劫持人质事件处置理念是人们对如何处置劫持人质事件的认识结晶。当前树立先进的处置理念并让其转化为警方的自觉行动是十分必要的。从人道主义、缩小事态、保护公私财物、维护地区社会治安稳定的多个角度出发,必须树立尊重和保障人权的理念、公平正义的理念、正当程序的理念、谈判的理念、和平解决的理念等,以此作为警方处置劫持人质事件的行动指南,不断提高警方的执法水平。
