| 摘 要： | 本文以增长极理论为指导，遵循经济发展的不平衡性这一客观规律，运用点轴开发理论和网络开发理论，在大量调查研究和实证分析的基础上，结合西部的社会经济环境和人文地理条件，提出了进行西部开发的战略框架，并确立了开发的战略重点。
