绿洲城镇发展与水土资源开发的耦合效应及其时空分异

摘    要:本文借助脉冲响应函数、因子分析和耦合度评价等对天山北坡绿洲城镇发展与水土资源开发之间的耦合效应及其时空分异进行分析.结果表明:随着城市化水平的提高,人均建设用地变化不大,反映了城镇以有限的绿洲发展的显著特点;人均供水量缓慢增长,随着城镇发展和人民生活水平的变化水资源消耗逐步加大.总体而言,绿洲城镇综合发展水平较高且水土资源开发程度较高的区域,城镇发展与水土资源开发的耦合度较高,绿洲城镇发展水平和水土资源开发程度较低的区域,其耦合发展度也较低.受西部大开发等影响,部分县市的耦合发展度有所波动,但受绿洲城镇自身特性影响,大部分城镇将长期处于协调发展度较低的状态.

Abstract:The development characteristics of oasis cities and their interaction with water-land resources differs from other cities. The paper analyses coupling characteristics and spatio-temporal variation between oasis city development and water-land resources in the Tianshan Mountains. We found that the degree of development and change in water-land resource exploitation during the process of development is not the same for the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains. Water consumption gradually increases with development and improvement in living standards, and water efficiency has improved in the study region. Changes in the various cities and counties are large, and per capita construction land in most counties has declined slightly since 2000. Per capita water supply in the counties with higher levels of urbanization is lowest. According to coupling between oasis city development and water-land resource exploitation, cities with a higher coupling factor have a higher development degree of water-land resources. Cities with a lower coupling factor also have a lower development degree of water-land resources and urban comprehensive development level. At the same time, the coordinated development degree of oasis city and water-land resource development on the northern slopes of the Tianshan Mountains has changed relatively little. This is inconsistent with the development stage and features of China's mainland cities, and is a typical feature of oasis urban development in arid areas.
