无铅压电陶瓷Na0.5Bi0.5TiO.3纳米粉体的制备方法研究进展

摘    要:随着人们环保意识的增强,无铅压电材料的研究和开发成为当前压电铁电材料领域的研究热点之一。文章综述了国内外关于无铅压电陶瓷Na0.5Bi0.5TiO.3(简称BNT)纳米粉体的制备方法发展进程以及研究现状,着重介绍了BNT纳米粉体的各种制备工艺以及优缺点,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。

Development of Preparation Technology of Lead-free Piezoelectrics Ceramics Na0.5 Bi0.5 TiO3 Nanopowders

Abstract:Along with improving increasingly of environmental awareness, researching and exploiting of lead-free piezoelectrics ceramics has become a focus in the domain of the piezoelectricity and ferroelectric. The developing progress and study status of lead-free piezoelectrics ceramics Na0.5Bi0.5TiO.3 (abbreviated to BNT) nanopowders are reviewed. It is pointed out that the methods of preparation of BNT nanopowders are being widely developed with the great interest. Finally, their development prospect of BNT nanopowders is described.
