| 摘 要： | 由于学龄人口的减少和高等教育大众化等各种因素的冲击,原有的学历色彩浓厚的网络教育生存模式已举步维艰。依据广播电视大学已经取得的成就和发展现状来看,国家开放大学的发展在宏观上必须与国家需要继续紧密契合。从微观上看,国家开放大学一方面应该着力构建功能便捷的一站式网络教学平台,另一方面还需要以管理机制的完善助推内涵建设。
