| 摘 要： | 意念、空间表象训练是心理训练的研究内容,在和肢体运动相关的很多领域被广泛采用,贯穿于体育运动和训练整个过程中。实验结果表明,通过分组教学实验,在高职院校排球选项课技术教学中运用意念、空间表象训练的教学手段,能提高学生的心理素质,有助于巩固正确动作的动力定型,意识、空间表象训练法能激发高职学生的体育学习兴趣,提高排球教学质量。

| Abstract: | Through group teaching experiments, consciousness and spatial imagery training teaching method was used in higher vocational college volleyball option technique teaching. This method can improve the psychological quality of students, and is helpful to shore up the dynamic stereotype of students＇ correct operation Consciousness and spatial imagery training method can stimulate students＇ physical education learning interesting and improve teaching quality. |
