| 摘 要： | 大学章程是保证学校健康发展的前提和基础,但目前我国在大学章程的建设中存在着对大学章程的重要性认识不足、大学章程没有个性特色、大学章程的实施缺乏监督、大学章程与外部环境冲突等问题,因此,要使大学章程发挥作用,保证学校健康发展,大学应提高对大学章程重要性的认识,提高大学章程的实效性,突出大学章程的个性特色,体现大学章程的价值追求,建立健全大学章程的监督机制,处理好学校内部与外部的关系。
