| 摘 要： | 研究了奥林匹克标志的侵权认定、侵权主要表现形式及侵权性质等。通过对我国奥林匹克标志侵权法律救济现状的分析，发现存在一些问题，提出完善我国奥林匹克标志侵权法律救济的途径：健全奥林匹克标志保护的立法体制；完善相应的法律法规内容：理顺相应的执法程序；建立各部门执法的调配协合机制；提高奥林匹克标志侵权司法救济效率。

| Abstract: | By employing such methods as literature data research,interview and logic analysis,the author studied the determination,main expression forms and nature of infringement of the Olympic logo. Through analyzing the current situation of legal relief for infringement of the Olympic logo in China,the author found some problems ex-isting therein,and put forward the following ways to perfect legal relief for infringement of the Olympic logo in China:Complete the legislative system for protecting the Olympic logo;prefect corresponding contents of laws and legislations;prefect corresponding law executing procedures and establish a mechanism for coordinating law execu-tion by various departments;enhance the efficiency of juridical relief for infringement of the Olympic logo. |
