| 摘 要： | 古代国学指与私学对应的官方之学，即国家之学；近代国学指与外学对应的本国固有之学，即中国本土之学。中国近代特殊的历史背景、文化语境和现实需要使下列问题成为亟待回答的现实课题：中国有哲学吗？中国有自己的文化（包括宗教）吗？中国文化与西方文化孰优孰劣？这些问题已成为近代国学的核心话题。通过对这些话题的解答，近代思想家回答了中西文化的优劣问题，坚守了自己的国学立场。

| Abstract: | Ancient Chinese school referred to the official school corresponding with private school, namely the state school; modern Chinese classic culture referred to the inherent culture corresponding with outside culture, namely the Chinese classic culture. Chinese modern special historical background, cultural context and realities need make Chinese classic culture to be realistic topic urgently answered： China has philosophy？ China has its own culture （ including religious ）？ Which one is better between Chi- nese culture and Western culture？ These issues became the core topics of modern Chinese classic cul- ture. Through the answers to these topics, modern thinkers have answered these questions, sticking to their positions. |
