| 摘 要： | 图书借阅证是读者在图书馆借阅和查找文献信息资料的重要凭证,是图书馆与读者沟通联系的桥梁,它的办理和实施体现了图书馆对读者的全方位管理,也存在一定的弊端,高校图书馆应在图书借阅证管理过程中,制定一套完善合理的措施,确保图书借阅证的正常发放、使用。

| Abstract: | The library card is the essential voucher that readers borrow and search literature information in the library and is the bridge of communication between the library and readers.Its transaction and implementation demonstrates library's multidimensional management to the reader.However,some shortcomings exist in the library card management system.The university library should establish a set of complete and reasonable measures to make sure the normal issue and usage of library card. |
