摘    要:以黄瓜津优4号为材料,采用浸种和叶面喷施相结合的处理方式,研究了不同浓度有机胺苯基三甲基溴化铵(PTMAC)对盐NaCI胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发、幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活性等生理特性的影响.结果表明:低浓度的PTMAC能有效的促进盐100mmol·L^-1NaCI胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发及幼苗的生长,显著地改善了黄瓜幼苗生理特性,从而提高黄瓜的抗盐能力,促进其生长,高浓度PTMAC对黄瓜幼苗的生长不利甚至有抑制作用,适宜的PTMAC处理浓度为10mg·L^-1.

Effects of Organic Amines on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Cucumber Seedling under Salt Stress Conditions

Abstract:The effects of phenyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (PTMAC) on seed germination, seedling growth and antoxidative enzyme activities and other physiological characteristics was investigated in cu- cumber (Cucumis sativus) 'Jinyou 4' by soaking seeds and foliar treatment. The results indicated that the low concentration of PTMAC can effectively promote cucumber salt tolerance, but the PTMAC of high dose can't conducive to the growth of cucumber seed. The application of 10 mg L-1 PTMAC was suitable for cucumber seedling.
