| Abstract: | College ＂Student Association is a student self-organized non-government agencieS, the students ac- cording to their own requirements, out of their own ideals, culture, interests, emotional, social and other psychological goals established, with great autonomy and independence. In the relatively independent associ- ations between schools, the most direct bridge and link, that is community management cadres. Attention to and strengthen the quality of cadres training community, both communities to enhance the quality of the practical requirements of the development, but also the party＇s education has important practical signifi- cance. By combining Beihai Vocational College of Art and Design student work is based on practical re- suits, the reference of the existing research university student workers, vocational colleges for art societies cadre training work analysis and exploration, research on work practices will be formed with reference val- ue theoretical results. |
