| Abstract: | This essay puts forward a dynamic mechanism for check-out/check-in library books among libraries on different campuses. This mechanism follows the natural flow of books in order to make library collection arrangement more reasonable and finally to achieve the follow-up balance of the book reservation and the needs of readers. |
