| 摘 要： | 当代大学生群体主要由上世纪80年代末及90年代初出生的青年构成,其思想发展状况关系到高等教育的人才培育质量。文章认为,当代大学生在思想状况上呈现出六个显著特征,即思想主流积极健康、社会心态矛盾困惑、价值取向功利现实、人生态度务实进取、成才迫切途径盲目、多元价值个性张扬,针对这些情况和特点,文章提出了加强大学生思想政治教育工作的五项对策性措施。

| Abstract: | The present undergraduates were born at the late 1980s and early 1990,whose thoughts development would affect talent education.The author believes that there are six obvious characters in the thoughts condition,and the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures based on these characters. |
