摘    要:在中国当前的设计作品中,充满着受西方影响的视觉语言,"国际化"符号的泛滥和"本土化"语言的缺失现象十分突出,应该关注中国传统图形在艺术设计教学中的运用,让"未来的设计师"重视中国传统图形的学习与继承。中国传统图形在艺术设计教学中的表现不是简单的"移植",而应引导学生吸收传统精华,加以推陈出新,在此基础上再运用现代设计思想赋予它新的时代含义。

Abstract:Today’s design in China teems with Western influences in its visual language,with the overwhelming presence of "internationalized" signs and the regrettable lack of a "localized" language.It is vital that traditional Chinese images(TCI) should be utilized in the teaching of designing,which may hopefully lead our future designers’ attention to the study and inheritance of TCI.The presentation of TCI in design teaching is not just a simple transplantation,but the guidance of students to absorb and digest the best of our tradition,then to grow out of it and bear new fruits,and finally,with modern designing concepts and ideas,to endow it with new meanings of the age.
