三级跳远运动员膝关节力量训练效果的研究

摘    要:在查阅文献和专家问卷调查的基础上 ,从田径专项运动训练学和运动力学的角度 ,应用实证研究的方法对 6种发展膝关节力量专项练习手段的训练效果进行实验性研究。通过 8周的实验性训练 ,采用等速测力仪对 11项评价指标进行测试 ,研究结果证明 :实验性训练对提高膝伸肌群快速力量的效果要优于膝伸肌群最大力量的效果 ;对膝关节屈肌群最大力量的训练效果要相对好于快速力量的训练效果 ;各项训练手段对发展膝关节前后肌群的最大力量和快速力量存在着一定的差别 ,但对带有水平速度跳跃素质的提高都具有显著效果 ,而且对提高全身协调用力能力也具有较好的作用。

Abstract:Based on document consultation and expert investigation, from the angle of the training theory of track and field event and sports mechanics the training effects of 6 sorts of specific exercise for developing knee joint strength were researched experimentally. After 8 weeks of experimental training 11 indexes were tested with the isokinetic ergometer. The results showed that effects of the experimental training on the improvement of the speed strength of the genual extensors were better than on the improvement of the maximum strength. Effects of the training on the maximum strength of the genual flexors were comparatively greater than those on the speed strength. There were differences in effects of various training means on the development of the maximum strength and speed strength of the anterior and the posterior genual muscle groups, but there were remarkable effects on the improvement of the horizontal speed in jumps. Moreover, the training means played a better role in the improvement of the coordination effort of the whole body.
