| Abstract: | As the sub - culture in the global culture system, the world sports culture has already become the most active and influential constituent in the cultural exchanges among various countries. The regional sports culture is the important manifestation of the international sports culture, and plays an active role in the international exchanges. The regional sports cultural exchanges affect the regional political relation, development and advancement of political situations of the whole world. And the regional politics can also affect the exchanges and development of sports culture. |
