| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current restricted factors of teachers' team construction in local colleges and universities through three aspects: policies and system background,quantity and structure of teachers' team and teaching and discipline construction level,discusses characteristics of local colleges and universities.Based on aforesaid it tries to find out the developing direction for local colleges and universities on teachers' team construction. |
