| 摘 要： | 组织学习理论中隐性知识的学习机制研究相当重要。针对华人文化特点对隐性知识学习进行分析，借助学习理论中顿悟心理研究基础，用量子能级跃迁作为顿悟学习飞跃的隐喻而提出量子学习模型，并结合实际分析了该模型四阶段针对隐性知识的不同学习策略。

| Abstract: | It's very important to study tacit knowledge in the theories of organizational learning. This paper understands the insight of tacit knowledge in Chinese culture, assimilates the fruits on insight researches in psychology, and presents the Quantum Learning Model based on the metaphor of quantum mechanism. Lastly, we give the application of learning strategy in four steps of the model. |
