| Abstract: | The paper comparatively surveys the current domestic and overseas mechanisms for sci-tech performance evaluation in the perspectives of subjects,objects,standards,methods and procedures for assessment.It attempts to find out issues and problems with the assessing system of scientific achievements in China,and proposes proper measures to prioritize domestic evaluating mechanisms. |
