论体育教师备课思维范式的转换与教学创新

摘    要:教师备课思维范式的研究,是教师思维研究的有机组成部分。在体育教学活动中,备课作为第一环节,体育教师以什么样的哲学观念来指导教学设计,直接体现了相应教育理念,是素质教育背景下实现体育教学目标、教学模式、教学内容和成绩评定改革的基础和起始,文章指出传统的备课思维范式已不能适应新世纪素质教育的发展要求,提出了构建以人为本、以引导学生学习为主、以学生活动为焦点的新备课思维范式的设想,从而促进教学创新。

Abstract:The research on the mode of thinking in the preparation of lessons of PE teachers is an integral and constituent part of the research on the thinking of teachers.As the first link in the preparation of lessons in teaching activities what philosophical idea the teacher takes to guide the design of teaching directly embodies the relative educational theories and ideas.This article points out that the traditional mode of thinking in the preparation of lessons do not yet fit the developing demands of quality education in the new era,and puts forward the assumption that preparation of lessons should regard human being as much importance and induce the students to recognize that learning is the most important thing, and consider the activities of the students as the focus,thus to promote the creating of teaching.
