摘 要: | Open education and Study Tutoring System Construction Open education has become an important approach to obtaining knowledge. Open education can be better positioned to provide more effective guidance and support to learners when a tutoring system is constructed, which consists of the following six components : subject or course need analysis, analysis of characteristics of student groups, mentor teacher selection, creation of tutoring environment, design of tutoring activities and tutoring monitoring mechanism. This article endeavors to build up a mode of study tutoring system for TV University open education, based on introduction to Peking University's experience in employing an educational guiding platform, so as to provide some insights to the improvement of open education or online study quality.
