| 摘 要： | 优化高校育人环境，营造创新人才的培养氛围，充分发挥高校在推进国家创新进程中的作用，促进我国知识经济飞速发展，是新世纪摆在高教工作者面前的重要课题。在营造高校创新人才氛围的过程中要充分认识到：高等教育是推动创新人才培养的重要力量，培养创新人才要与营造创新气氛同时进行，营造创新氛围要充盈时代的主旋律，注重教师指导作用与学生主体作．用的紧密结合。

| Abstract: | It is the important topic for college educators in the new century that how to optimize the college environment,create favorite atmosphere for innovational talents training,put fully in use of the effect of college in propelling the process of national innovation and speed up the development of knowledge economy in our country. Attention should be paid to in the process of creating motivated atmosphere for college innovational talents that college education is the important power in propelling the creation of innovative talents,training of innovative talents should come in accord with creating innovational atmosphere filled with key tune of the era,combined both teacher' s role as a guide and student's role as subjectivity. |
